Story Line With many humans fearing the moves of brilliant heroes, the authorities comes to a decision to push for the Hero Registration Act, a regulation that limits a hero's moves. This effects in a department in The Avengers. Iron Man stands with this Act, claiming that their moves need to be saved in take a look at in any other case towns will stay destroyed, however Captain America feels that saving the arena is bold sufficient and they can not depend on the authorities to shield the arena.
